Reliance Jio Infocomm came up with the new relief for customer and it is none other than the extending the deadline until then April 15 for subscriptions to its paid plans, furthermore, it waived off the monthly recharges for the upcoming next three months to all those who register before the deadline, and with that Jio intensifying a brutal price war started waged in the market.
The company said in a Friday statement- customers enroll into Jio Prime with paying Rs 99 along with purchasing their first Telco’s Rs 303 until April 15, or they can purchase other plans of higher amounts and will get services until the July end on a ‘complimentary basis’ under the ‘Summer Surprises’ offer.
And with that users will just need to do next recharge their plans only in the August. For the subscribers who already registered into Jio Prime would be automatically transferred to the ‘Summer Surprise’ offer. Up to now, more than 72 million subscribers have adopted the Prime membership, and Jio expecting to get over 100 million users and open an option for new ones who wants to register through extending its services by mid-April.

also the parent of Jio, add in his statement for Jio consumers – Jio’s free service period will be end soon. And the users who don’t recharge by the extended deadline to 15th April will have to experience degradation and/or even the discontinuation of the service they can get just with recharging. Further, he added- this extension utill April 15 will give users the essential breathing room to avoid service disturbance during the transition from free to paid services. Moreover, he said, the company was aware of some remiss of the rush on its network, but users will see a rapid improvement in services in the upcoming weeks because the Telco is investing more in its network expansion.
