NEW DELHI: We all know by now about PM Narendra Modi’s work habits. That is, he apparently works for 17-18-plus hours a day, sleeps on air planes rather than hotels during long-haul flights journey for going abroad so he could “save time” and keeps his ministers from their full proportion of beauty sleep too.
That articulates for his determination with high spirit. But what enlighten his drive? The man himself tweeted the reply to that earlier this week, when a citizen tagged him on her tweet about “work constant worry”.
The citizen listed all his whereabouts from the day he was programmed to meet with Australian PM Malcom Turnbull earlier this week. The PM’s day started with an early meeting with West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee. His day was chock-full with public appointments that finished a little after midnight, after a dinner meeting with his party’s NDA associates.
It’s no doubt the citizen commented while we are full of activity cribbing about our work tension, just have a look our PM @narendramodi ‘s schedule which is just another day for him!.
In a video interview in 2012, before he became Prime Minister and working as gujrat’s CM, Modi as much as made a clean breast he’s become a “workaholic” over the years. He said
“Doctors told me that I need to sleep for 6 hours but I sleep for maximum 4-5 hours. Yet, I get a very sound sleep”
“I am full of life in morning to till night on a regular basis. I think the secret behind this stress free life is Yoga and Pranayama, which I do daily. Whenever I feel tired and boredom, I just practice deep breathing and that refreshes me again with full of enthusiasm,”
