We can make up our mind to be happy just protecting ourselves from anger and guiltiness of mediocrity .We may speak annoyed words, but if other people are calm and have control, it will either turn the other cheek.
Just go with your guts anger and guiltiness is obstacle in a path of happiness .let’s experience the inner bliss to create cheerful ambience not for ourselves but also for others.
We may verbalize angry words but if other people are quiet and calm, it will recoil off them so we do not hurt them but cause those words to bounce back to us
The Charismatic formula for being happy minds is to forgive and forget. First of all we have to forgive ourselves because normally we think that we are guilty of each and every odd circumstance and forget to come out from unfavorable outcomes. Here some questions which we forget to ask ourselves and we fill hard to forgive others as well as ourselves.
Did I offer peace today?
Did I bring a smile to someone’s face?
Did I say words of healing?
Did I let go of my anger and antipathy?
Did I forgive?
Did I love my inner bliss?
These are the bona fide questions .We will have to answer these questions for being happy minds.
We must trust that the little bit feeing of affection for that I sow now, will put up with numerous lushly fruits, here in this amazing world and the life to come.
