Adverse thinking is part of almost everyone’s life.
For a number of reasons, it seems it is easier to imagine pessimistic thoughts, than to think optimistic and encouraging thoughts. Sometimes, there are more adversity in our life and sometimes fewer, depending upon the mood, circumstances, and ups and downs which we face.
Unpleasant situations, problems and difficulties called biggest obstacles arise in everyone’s lives, and these events cause unenthusiastic thinking. But apart from that we have to think positive and fight with courage in these situations.
I am discussing about what is essential to avoid adverse thinking in odd circumstances, Here are some exercises which will be great helpful for shake hands with success assertively.
- Don’t come to blows with the thoughts you don’t want or don’t like. If you fight them, they become stronger. A better approach would be treating them with impassiveness and lack of interest.
- If pessimistic feelings persist, write them down, and evaluate them to see if there is any truth in them or you are just simply worrying. May be this is just your fear but reality will be just opposite if you take a glance towards positivity.
- Alert your mind – means Align you’re thoughts with your actions. When doing something, just focus on it with high sprit. When eating, focus on the act of eating. When dressing, center of attention must be on dressing, and when exercising your body, focus on the exercise heartily. In this way, you will not make any tiny place for adverse thinking.

Yes in present we can prepare ourselves for prosperous tomorrow rather than wasting times on spoilt milk means thinking adversely about past happenings never give us success. Take lessons from odd circumstances and make a new sky of success with affirmative thinking.
